Payment for services is made up-front and all transactions are final. Services will be charged at the following rates: $50 – Telehealth Appointments (all types) including initial and follow-up exams, discussion and planning surrounding imaging results, discussion and planning surrounding complex lab results (greater than 3 diagnoses). There will be no charge for phone discussions regarding simple lab results (less than 3 diagnoses), letters to other providers, or referrals for established patients.

  • We will arrange everything! Lab and imaging orders are coordinated from our offices.

  • Patients will be seen by Patton Graham, a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Patton has 10 years of experience in emergency and internal medicine.
